How fast can you actually get here?

Inside Johnson County and the Indy south side, a machine down call during working hours is usually on site within a few hours and often faster. Nights and weekends depend on where the truck is, and we tell you a real ETA on the phone instead of a promise we cannot keep.

What does emergency service cost?

Standard hours bill at the normal published rate, $115 to $145 per hour plus the trip fee. After hours bills at 1.5 times, which is also published. There is no separate emergency surcharge and no number invented under pressure.

What should I have ready when I call?

The machine make and rough size, what broke, a photo if you can get one safely, and the site address with any gate or access notes. Thirty seconds of that on the phone often saves an hour on site.

Can a weld get me through the day safely?

Sometimes a stabilizing repair gets a machine through the pour with a full repair scheduled after. We are straight about which cracks can wait until Friday and which ones mean park it now; a boom that drops is not worth any deadline.
